Requirements

√  Must be a 501(c)(3) organization, operating for at least one year and serving Martha's Vineyard or Falmouth.

√  Should fall within the Foundation’s key focus areas: Health & Human Services, Housing & Food Security, Early Education & Care, Developmental Support for Youth & Young Adults, Local Arts & Culture, Climate & Environment.

√  Only one (1) nomination per organization.

√  Nomination essay of 1,000 words or fewer highlighting how a program or team member has made a meaningful difference in the community.

√  Logo

√  Photo that represents your organization
