Scammers are disguising their numbers to appear as Martha's Vineyard Bank on your caller ID. These calls aren't from us and are intended to steal your personal information.

Scammers use technology to fake trusted phone numbers, making their calls appear legitimate.

Protect yourself:

  • We never ask for passwords, full debit card numbers, or PINs over the phone
  • If something doesn't seem right, hang up and call us directly at 508-627-4266
  • Never share sensitive information with unsolicited callers

What is an Interactive Teller Machine or ITM?

An ITM is a video-based interactive teller allowing customers to conduct transactions and banking services with a full-service teller. It can also function as a traditional ATM.

You can conduct almost any transaction with a live teller. Just tap the screen and a teller will offer live service anytime during ITM hours.

You can speak with the teller using the phone or speaker and volume controls on the screen.
